Terms of service

Dispace is a subscription service providing “The Service’ to our customers ‘The Customer’ to give access to our partner venues ‘The Venues’ and the specific concessions we have agreed with The Venues as well as the Dispace Platform ‘The Platform’, for the purpose of providing customers with places to work and a community to engage with, across the UK.

By agreeing to use of The Service, you are agreeing to be contacted by Dispace with information, offers and news relevant to The Service provided.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures contained within the website and on The Platform are a true reflection of The Venues in respect to which The Service relates, these do not form part of a contract. If upon using The Service you feel that the it no longer accurately represents the description shown on the Dispace website, Dispace will cancel your subscription and refund payment for the related billing period. Please note that The Venues are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Prices

The prices of The Service which are displayed on our website are correct at time of publication and when updated will be applied to the cost of subscription for the next billing period.  Promotional discount codes can only be redeemed against the specific promotion described and are time bound. Dispace reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.

2. Subscription to the service

The Service will only be accessible via subscription. This will include a free trial period which may be subject to change from time to time and may be used in conjunction with relevant offers.  In order to access the concessions available at our partner Venues, customers will be required to ‘check-in’ to The Venue via The Platform, which will provide the customer with a time and date limited voucher presented on the customer’s device. This voucher should be presented at the Venue to access The Service and any relevant concessions. Upon expiry of the trail period, the customer will only be charged for using the service on the next occasion they ‘check-in’ to The Venues after the free trial is complete. At this point, the customer’s card will be charged based on the subscription plan selected during the sign-up process to Dispace. Future charges will applied, based on the duration of the selected plan, on the first day (with the exception of a day pass, which will be charged on the next ‘check-in’) after the period of service of that plan has expired.

3. Changes to your subscription and cancellation

The customer may make changes to their Dispace subscription at any time. This is done via the settings area of The Platform. Changes to registered payment card will be applied from the next billing date and taken based on the plan selected. Changes to the selected plan will be applied immediately from the date made, with any incremental charges occurring based on upgrading the selected plan and taken immediately from the registered payment card. Any downgrading of a payment plan will be applied from the next billing period, but no refund will be provided for the current period. However, The Customer will be able to continue to access The Service based on the current plan for the duration of this billing period. Any cancellations will apply from the next billing period and no refund will be provided for the current billing period. The Customer will be able to continue accessing The Service based on their current plan for the duration of that billing period.

5. Failed payments

Any failed payments arising in relation to the customer’s billing period and the registered card will result in an immediate suspension of access to The Service. The customer will receive email notification from both Dispace and our third party payments provider and will receive messages to contact us to resolve the problem when attempting to login to The Platform or ‘check-in’ to The Venues. The Service will be immediately restored upon a successful payment being made in relation to the current billing period.

6. The Venues

The Venues that Dispace has partnered with have agreed to provide The Service and a set of concessions for The Customers. Whilst best endeavours are made to ensure the availability of The Venues and the concessions at all times, and the accurate representation of the these on both the website and The Platform, these may be subject to change without notice. Dispace and The Venues will endeavour to ensure The Service or a suitable alternative remains available to the customer at all times.

7. Queries and complaints

The Customer is requested to initially raise any queries and complaints in relation to The Service at The Venues, with The Venue, who will endeavour to solve them. Any queries and complaints relating to The Platform or which The Venues are unable to resolve should be directed to the [email protected] mailbox.  Similarly, we would like to hear any positive feedback via the same channels.  We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 24 hours.

8. The Venues and liability

Dispace is not liable for any personal injury claims arising from use of The Service at any of The Venues.  Any such claims will be a matter between the claimant and The Venues directly.  Neither Dispace nor The Venue is liable for any theft, loss or damage to customer’s property whilst using The Service at The Venue. Any such property brought into and used at any of The Venues is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
